EC5026 (Dr. Bruce Hammock)

Dr. Bruce Hammock, Distinguished Professor at University of California at Davis (UC Davis), and CEO and founder of EicOsis - a California-based startup company, has been working on a non-narcotic oral pain relief medication known as EC5026. EC5026 addresses inflammatory and neuropathic pain in humans and companion animals, working in both the central and peripheral nerve systems.

The Western Neuropathy Association (WNA) has provided Dr. Hammock and his team with $15,000 in funding, allowing his team to purchase equipment other grants would not cover, and more.

See past media releases from WNA's Neuropathy Hope Newsletter regarding EC5026 below.
